We are open. We are essential.
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) updates and Tele-physio updates here…
The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting us all. We want you to know that safeguarding our patients and staff remains a critical part of everything we do. On March 24, 2020 Judge B. Glen Whitley of Tarrant county signed an executive order that deemed health care operations such as clinics and health care facilities as essential business and therefore, we remain open to care for patients who are more critical and would regress without consistent care. Ratner Center is following strict CDC guidelines and practices the highest level of infection control to keep us all safe. These practices include:
Assessing temperatures of all patients and staff to ensure no fever.
Mandatory handwashing by patients and staff prior to the start of therapy and prior to leaving the clinic.
Hand-sanitizing wipes are placed throughout the clinic to wipe every piece of equipment that is touched by patients and staff during treatment sessions.
All touch points (door handles, bathroom sink handles, pens will be wiped down frequently throughout the day)
All Ratner Center staff will be sanitizing all computers and cell phones frequently throughout the day.
We will continue to follow local, state and federal mandates as they are released and keep you updated on any practice changes that may occur. We are here to help, however, there are a few ways you can help us as well.
Please stay home if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of sickness, COVID-19 or otherwise.
Based on federal social distancing guidelines, please do not bring non-patients into the clinic unless absolutely necessary.
Follow CDC guidelines for protecting yourself and others. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html
For patients who are unable to come into the office or would prefer not to at this time, we understand and are now able to offer Tele-Physio appointments to both new and follow-up patients. This option offers a face-to-face visit with a physical therapist via a video feed where we are able to evaluate your condition and provide treatment guidance and exercise instruction. Telehealth appointments require a working internet connection and can be accessed via smart phone, tablet or computer. Call our office at (817) 259-1255 for more information.
The Wellness side of our practice, which is dedicated to fitness training, is considered non-essential and has gone virtual to provide clients continued exercise in the safety of their own homes. Every workout is custom made for you with every ache, pain and injury taken into consideration. If interested, please call our office at (817) 259-1255 or email fitness specialist Parris Schoppa at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are here to help. Please call our office with any questions or to schedule your appointment. We look forward to assisting you!
