Physical Therapist
Ratner Center Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, and improve their overall physical well-being. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop and implement customized physical therapy programs to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for at-home care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy techniques and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatments.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in outpatient or wellness settings is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary within the range of $72,800.00 - $93,000.00, commensurate with experience.
