Physical Therapist


Ratner Center Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, and improve their overall physical well-being. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, empathy, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement customized physical therapy programs to address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for at-home care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy techniques and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatments.

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in outpatient or wellness settings is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive salary within the range of $72,800.00 - $93,000.00, commensurate with experience.
